The Sports Business Management Agency (LPUK), formerly recognized as LPDUK, operates as a Public Service Agency under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. In accordance with the Minister of Youth and Sports Regulation Number 5 of 2026, LPUK is currently inviting dedicated and integrity-driven Indonesian professionals to join our team as Non-Civil Servant staff members.
## General Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for any position, applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Values: Demonstrated loyalty to the national foundation of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
* Integrity: Possess a clean criminal record and have never been dishonorably discharged from previous employment.
* Political Neutrality: Must not hold memberships or leadership positions within political parties, nor participate in practical politics.
* Health Standards: Maintain excellent physical and mental health, with a mandatory requirement to be free from narcotics and illicit substances.
## Available Positions
1. Head of Sports Marketing Management Division
This leadership role is responsible for driving the commercial success of LPUK by identifying market opportunities and maximizing asset utility.
* Formulating and executing comprehensive business plans, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
* Conducting proactive marketing risk management.
* Leading the commercialization of sports assets and services.
* Maximum age of 40 years.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or Management.
* At least 7 years of professional experience in marketing.
* Minimum 3 years in a Marketing or Sales Manager capacity.
* At least 2 years of direct experience within the sports industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, partnership analysis, and team leadership.
2. General Division Staff
The General Division provides the operational backbone of the agency, ensuring efficient administration and effective communication flow.
* Managing public relations and external communications.
* Maintaining organized archives and documentation systems.
* Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to agency leadership.
* Maximum age of 28 years.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Management, Communications, Office Administration, Archiving, or Secretarial studies.
* Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in PR, Marketing, or Secretarial functions.
* Technical proficiency in office software, IT tools, and digital communication platforms.
* High level of detail orientation and familiarity with executive-level administrative protocols.
