The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), an institution dedicated to disaster mitigation and emergency response under the authority of the Governor, has officially opened its recruitment for Individual Service Providers (PJLP) for the 2024 fiscal year. ## General Requirements for Applicants

## Available Positions
The Jakarta BPBD is currently seeking qualified professionals to fill a variety of specialized roles:
1. Site Office Manager (Supervisor): Requires an S1 degree and at least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in Call Center or Command Center operations. Must be proficient in mapping software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and InaSAFE.
2. Customer Relation (CR) Officer: Open to S1 graduates with expertise in journalism, social media management, website administration, and graphic/video design (Adobe suite).
3. Community Manager (CM): Requires an S1 degree in Management, Communication, or related fields with 2 years of experience in emergency call center operations and team leadership.
4. GIS Information Technology Officer: Requires an S1 in Geography or Geology, complemented by certifications in spatial mapping and disaster data publication.
5. Disaster Information Technology (KBN) Officer: Requires at least a D3 degree and expertise in disaster management software, radio communications, and social media analytics.
6. Call Center (CC) Representative: Open to D3 or S1 graduates with exceptional verbal communication skills and a preference for those with prior call center experience.
7. Office Support (Cleaning Service): Requires a high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent and at least 2 years of work experience.
