The Department of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is seeking highly skilled professionals to join its Data and Statistics division. ## Available IT Expert Positions
We are currently opening recruitment for two specialized roles dedicated to strengthening our data infrastructure and governance frameworks.
1. Senior Database Administrator
This role is critical for ensuring the reliability, security, and high performance of our government database systems.
* Backup & Recovery: Manage backup scripts, verify data integrity, and execute restore operations.
* Database Maintenance: Handle patches, migrations, conversions, and performance optimization.
* Security & Compliance: Implement security policies, manage user access/roles, and conduct risk assessments.
* Monitoring: Track capacity growth and resolve performance bottlenecks.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of installations, configurations, and procedures.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in IT or a related field (Minimum GPA: 3.00 for Private/2.75 for Public Universities).
* At least 3 years of professional experience as a Database Administrator, preferably within a government environment.
* Proficiency in Linux operating systems and Oracle database environments.
* Strong hands-on experience in clustering, replication, and performance tuning.
* Relevant professional or BNSP certifications are highly preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
2. IT Government Analyst
This role focuses on bridging the gap between technical requirements and public policy, ensuring that our data management processes align with governmental needs.
* Analyze business processes related to data management.
* Identify policy requirements to support provincial database infrastructure.
* Formulate content for data management guidelines.
* Serve as a primary analyst for the development of new information systems.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT policy analysis and IT management.
* Solid understanding of the conceptual framework regarding IT policy formulation.
* Relevant professional or BNSP certifications are highly preferred.
## Recruitment Principles and Terms

* Monthly Salary Cap:
* Senior Database Administrator: Maximum IDR 11,825,000.
* IT Government Analyst: Maximum IDR 12,650,000.
