## Core Duties and Responsibilities by Role
Every recruited professional carries specialized responsibilities aimed at maintaining top-tier project delivery standards:
1. Team Leader
* Deliver prompt progress reports to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) to facilitate immediate decision-making regarding minor preparatory tasks and detailed engineering requirements.
* Coordinate all technical experts and support staff, inspecting field operations and providing written clarity to construction service providers regarding contract expectations.
* Guide community socialization initiatives and fieldwork coordination to support the poverty alleviation agenda.
* Ensure construction providers fully understand contract documents, execute work according to specifications and blueprints, and apply appropriate field methodologies.
* Review all construction drawings, structural calculations, and quantities prior to project execution.
* Conduct regular site inspections, manage daily progress tracking schedules, and issue formal recommendations to accept or reject substandard materials and equipment.
2. Water Supply and Sanitation Expert
* Adhere strictly to construction service regulations, safety standards, environmental controls, and quality guidelines.
* Lead the preparation and execution of commissioning activities for pipeline networks and sanitation facilities.
* Supervise sanitation and clean water installations, offering written clarifications to contractors when general contract clauses require detailed guidance.
* Monitor daily work schedules, evaluate task progression, and advise the Team Leader immediately regarding potential timeline delays.
* Oversee the compilation of as-built drawings prior to provisional handovers and maintain organized design archives.
3. Road Engineering and Building Structure Expert
* Execute preparatory tasks, supervise structural testing, and manage commissioning procedures for structural engineering elements.
* Inspect structural work sites to ensure contractors comply with design drawings and technical specifications.
* Review structural design computations, verify material quantities, and recommend the approval or rejection of delivered construction materials.
* Monitor field progress meticulously, maintaining close communication with the Team Leader to resolve on-site discrepancies swiftly.
4. HSE / Construction Safety Expert
* Supervise the fulfillment of construction safety requirements to promote orderly and secure project execution.
* Oversee the implementation and regular updating of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) documentation.
* Collaborate with the contractor's HSE personnel to identify workplace hazards, assess impact probabilities, and formulate proactive preventive programs.
* Monitor environmental management protocols to minimize potential ecological disruptions caused by project activities.
* Investigate workplace incidents thoroughly, documenting root causes and recommending corrective safety measures.
5. Inspectors and Support Supervisors
* Verify pre-work readiness, inventory structural monitoring tools, and conduct scheduled site walkthroughs.
* Inspect material mockups for structural, water supply, and sanitation works submitted by contractors.
* Analyze daily work progress (opname), document field obstacles, and report discrepancies immediately to the designated expert or Team Leader.
* Enforce safety compliance among all field laborers and maintain daily observation logs.
6. Administrative and Support Staff (Secretary, Administrator, Drafter)
* Manage corporate correspondence, documentation, official reports, meeting minutes, and project archives in both digital and physical formats.
* Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and facilitate smooth communication channels across team members.
* Organize project contracts, shop drawings, and handover documents systematically to ensure quick retrieval.
* Examine engineering drawings to verify dimensions, material specifications, and regulatory compliance.
* Update blueprints rapidly to reflect field adjustments, engineering corrections, and final as-built conditions.
