Corporate and Strategic Operations
1. HR, Organization, and General Affairs: Requires a background in Psychology, HR Management, or Industrial Engineering. Open to fresh graduates.
2. Legal Counsel: Focuses on legal drafting, contract management, and investment law. Minimum two years of experience required.
3. Risk Management: Requires a background in Finance or Accounting with two years of experience in risk management or investment oversight.
4. Money Market Investment: Seeking finance/accounting backgrounds with strong data processing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
5. Capital Market Investment: Requires a minimum of two years of experience in financial analysis, with preference for CFA or WMI certifications and data analytic skills (Python, Power BI).
6. Asset Management: Focused on investment knowledge and data processing. Requires two years of relevant investment experience.
7. Settlement: Handles transactional data and investment records. Open to fresh graduates or those with up to three years of experience.
Scholarship and Research Programs
8. Scholarship Recruitment and Selection: Requires strong data management skills and proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
9. Scholarship Monitoring and Evaluation: Focused on tracking student progress and managing database integrity.
10. Scholarship Disbursement: Manages financial allocations; requires high attention to detail and strong data management capability.
11. Scholarship Collaboration: Focuses on international partnerships and project management; proficiency in both Indonesian and English is essential.
12. Scholarship Development: Requires an educational policy or management background to refine program strategic direction.
13. Research Evaluation: Requires a Master’s degree (S2) and knowledge of R&D project management.
Audit and Oversight
14. Internal Audit: Requires experience in business process analysis or financial auditing. Knowledge of risk management and data analytics is highly valued.
