## The SPS Corporate Management Trainee (MT) Program
Our Management Trainee program is meticulously crafted to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders. We believe in empowering young talent by providing deep exposure to the operational complexities of our businesses. This intensive development track is designed to fast-track your progression, preparing you to transition into key management roles within three to five years of service.
We are currently seeking ambitious, high-potential individuals to join our team in the following tracks:
* MT Production/Maintenance/PPIC: Open to candidates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering backgrounds.
* MT HRD: Open to candidates with a minimum GPA of 3.00, specifically from Psychology or Law majors.
* MT Accounting: Open to candidates with a minimum GPA of 3.00, specializing in Accounting or Tax Accounting.
