* Head of Administration (KTU): Proven capability in managing estate administration, generating comprehensive plantation reports, executing monthly closing procedures, monitoring cost allocation, managing estate petty cash, and overseeing inventory control.
* Estate Department Assistant: Comprehensive knowledge of palm oil quality standards and grading procedures.
* Nursery Assistant: Deep familiarity with palm oil nursery techniques, ranging from initial seed sowing to preparing seedlings for planting in newly cleared areas.
* Traction Assistant: Strong technical understanding of spare parts, Vehicle Repair Authorization (VRA), Workshop Repair Authorization (WRA), and the maintenance protocols for vehicles and heavy machinery.
