## 1. Investment & Commercial (Tamaris Development Program)
Drive the financial engines of sustainable infrastructure by evaluating high-impact green energy projects and guiding strategic corporate decisions.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, or Consulting.
* Core Competencies:
* Advanced proficiency in Financial Modeling and Financial Analysis.
* Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, projections, business valuation, and investment analysis.
* Proven capability in conducting thorough investment analyses and evaluating financial feasibility.
* Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on involvement in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), investments, or divestments within the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors. Background in consulting firms or Big 4 practices is a distinct advantage.
## 2. Risk Management (Tamaris Development Program)

* Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years working as a Data Risk Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, Data Assurance, Data Control, or equivalent roles.
* Core Competencies:
* Expertise in data processing and analysis using Python, R, and Microsoft Excel.
* Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning methodologies (e.g., ARIMA, LSTM).
