Management Trainee Batch #6: Program Overview
We are officially seeking ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee (MT) program for December 2024. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders through rigorous training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Management Trainee role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Manufacturing, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, Mining, or Informatics Engineering.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of work experience.
* Leadership & Involvement: Proven history of active participation in campus organizations.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
* Communication Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written) with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
* Soft Skills: High adaptability, a hunger for learning, and strong leadership potential.
* Professional Interest: A genuine passion for the manufacturing and production industry, combined with a target-oriented mindset.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any Vinilon Group facility across Indonesia.
